Basic maintenance eczema kit to get you started: 'the book' to learn about your skin condition as well as a dermatologist recommended moisturiser and cleanser to maintain your skin controlled in between flares. 

Note: if severe red/itchy patches, please visit a doctor as you likely require prescription creams as well. 

This kit contains: 

- The book "eczema, how to ditch the itch" which will help you to understand your condition better. The book addresses the full eczema circle including the use of soaps, showers and the role of moisturisers.

- La Roche-Posay LIPIKAR MOISTURISING BALM AP+M 400ml. A dermatologist recommended moisturiser to apply straight after the bath on the whole body. 

- La Roche-Posay LIPIKAR SYNDET AP+ BODY WASH 400ml. A dermatologist recommended cleanser for the whole family, including dry skin and eczema-prone skin types. 

NOTE: moisturisers and gentle cleansers play a key role in the management of eczema, however if there are severe red, itchy patches of eczema please visit your doctor as additional prescription creams are probably needed.
