- Blemish SOS rapid action target gel 15ml which is a non-prescription gel containing active ingredients such as salicylic acid, azeleic acid and niacinamide. In stead of popping your pimples, use this to quickly bring the spot down and prevent post-inflammatory marks. 

- Hydr8 B5 liquid rehydration serum Medik8 30ml, which is a liquid rehydration serum based on the hydrating hyaluronic acid and the soothing B5. A great hydrator for oily skin. 

- Heliocare oil free gel sunscreen 50ml, which is a perfect sunscreen for oily skin. It offers broad spectrum protection against UV-A, UV-B, visible light and IR-A and is enriched with anti-oxidants. 

- Skinbetter science AlphaRet Clearing serum 30ml, which is a serum based on salicylic acid with the aim to improve the appearance of oily, blemish-prone skin. 

 


RECOMMENDED REGIME

AM: after washing your face, apply hyaluronic acid b5 from Medik8 to the whole face including eyelids, followed by Blemish SOS to the new acne spots, followed by Heliocare oil free sunscreen.

PM: after washing your face, apply hyaluronic acid b5, followed by alphaRet clearing serum on the face (avoid eye area) initially every other day and if well tolerated increase to daily use.

NOTE: Other than a cleanser, refrain from using any additional active products unless discussed with your doctor.
